Payment can be made easily through PayPal with a variety of payment options. An invoice will be sent to your email address and you can pay however you choose. Moneygrams purchased from Walmart are also accepted. If you have paid a deposit to hold your puppy the balance must be paid in full on the Friday before delivery.
We will need your name, address and a number where you can be reached the day of your puppy's flight in case of a delay or cancellation by the airline. That information is required for the reservation and the health certificate as well. Also needed is a 1st and 2nd airport choice in the event that your first choice does not allow animals to land or sometimes because of inclement weather. They can be flown into most major airports but it's always a good idea to double check. We use a professional service to arrange puppy travel and most fly either Delta or American. I get flight details from their booking agent on Mondays or at the latest on Tuesday morning. All puppies will fly out of Kansas City Missouri and arrive at their new homes on Wednesday and Friday.
